I view psychotherapy as a space for inquiry—a way of listening to what’s most alive, conflicted, or hidden within experience. My orientation is psychoanalytic and relational, with attention to how unconscious life, language, and our inner landscape shape our sense of self.

In our work together, I’m interested in unearthing how unconscious patterns influence your relationships, your creative life, and the ways you move through the world. Therapy offers a space to slow down and make meaning of the difficulties, repetitions, and impasses that bring you here—whether that involves depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, creative or professional stagnation, major life transitions, or a desire to understand yourself more deeply.

I work with adults, children, couples, and relational constellations of all kinds. I am especially drawn to working with academics and creatives, LGBTQIA+ individuals and families, parents and queer parents, as well as people living away from home or navigating the complexities of belonging, identity, and cultural transition.

If you’re drawn to exploring yourself through conversation and reflection, and want a therapist who values depth, complexity, and authentic engagement paired with moments of humor along the way, I welcome you to reach out. I offer a free 15-minute phone or Zoom consultation to see if we might be a good fit.

You might find yourself circling the same patterns, struggling to make sense of what keeps pulling you back, or feeling a quiet distance from yourself and the changes in the life you're living. In therapy, I offer a space to slow down and listen closely—to what's most alive, conflicted, or hidden within your experience.

My approach is psychoanalytic and relational, and together we'll explore how unconscious patterns shape your relationships, your creative life, and the ways you move through the world. Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, creative or professional stagnation, or a deep desire to know yourself more fully, I work with curiosity, warmth, and genuine interest in your particular story.
