Jungian depth Bicultural identity Adults Grief & loss Neurodivergent affirming Creatives
Lillian's therapeutic style is relational and psychodynamically rooted, with a particular affinity for Jungian practice as a living way of exploring the hidden patterns, images, and stories that quietly guide how we live and love. She is especially interested in what happens between two people in the room, and brings warmth, directness, and real curiosity to the here-and-now of the therapeutic relationship.

Many of us feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve us, longing for healing and transformation to reconnect with our most authentic self. Through a depth-oriented approach, I guide you in exploring the unconscious dynamics at play in your life. By bringing these patterns into awareness, we can create meaningful changes that reflect who you truly are.
I work with adults, teens, and couples, offering a supportive space for collaboration and growth. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, I’m here to help you work through these challenges with compassion and a personalized approach. As an LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist, I offer an inclusive space where your unique identity is respected and valued. My goal is to help you explore new perspectives, heal from past wounds, and cultivate a life that feels more connected and aligned with who you truly are.

My Approach
As a child of Iranian immigrants, Lillian understands firsthand the weight of carrying multiple identities at once, and has a deep commitment to working with first-generation Americans and those navigating bicultural identity. Before training as a therapist, she spent over a decade working with individuals with autism and their families, and is also a yoga teacher, mindfulness practitioner, certified death doula, and singer-songwriter — all of which inform a clinical presence that is embodied, creative, and comfortable with the strange and mysterious.
Lillian draws from a range of frameworks — Jungian, psychodynamic, existential, IFS, narrative — and integrates mindfulness, creative expression, and somatic awareness to support the whole person. Her clinical presence is embodied and comfortable with the strange and mysterious: the dream that won't leave you alone, the feeling you can't name, or the part of yourself you haven't quite met yet.
Lillian works with adults navigating a wide range of experiences. She has particular depth in:
-
Bicultural identity & adult children of immigrants — As a child of Iranian immigrants, Lillian understands firsthand the weight of carrying multiple worlds at once. She offers a space to explore the tension between cultural inheritance and personal freedom, and the often-unspoken grief that comes with it.
-
Neurodivergent individuals & families — With over a decade supporting individuals with autism and their families, Lillian brings deep experience and genuine affirmation to neurodivergent clients and those who love them.
-
Creatives & creative block — When creative energy stalls, it carries meaning. Lillian works with clients to tune into the unconscious messages behind the block and restore trust in self-expression.
-
Grief & loss — As a certified death doula, Lillian brings particular attunement to loss in all its forms: people, relationships, dreams, identities.
-
Identity & self-exploration — Lillian works with clients to reclaim a more expansive and authentic sense of self.
